A little harder to eat here since the dining room had to close for COVID but still enjoy the food for take-out. It is family owned and operated and the family has been part of our community for at least 15 years now. They're always quick to accommodate any changes and/or substitutions. Best in the community!
We checked this place out while visiting Carrollton, Ohio in November. We ordered takeout because it was snowing! I walked inside and was greeted by the girl at the counter. I grabbed a menu and ordered some vegetable egg fu yung and, of course, some sugar donuts! We got our food sooner than expected and it was warm and delicious. It was just how we ordered it. We also got more food than expected and felt like it was a fair price. We got a ton of sugar donuts! The only thing I'd change is the way the donuts are packaged. It seems like they took a cup of sugar, poured it into the bag and then dropped the donuts on top. Overall I think this is a great place to eat. If I ever go back to Carrollton they have my business!
Food was fresh, hot, and all around Excellent. Wait time was short. Service was with a smile. I Always get my moneys worth here. I definitely suggest it to anyone who hasn't tried it. Not many choices for dining in Carrollton OH. This is a pleasant surprise in such a small town.
There really isn't much in Carrolton... Cheng's has never disappointed. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Once food is ordered, the wait is never very long. My favorite by far had to be the "Chicken Curry with Onions." I highly recommend anyone who hasn't stopped in to do so!
